25 wrz 2019 · Immortal Call: best used by most non-armor based characters (IE Squishy), as it is a less damage modifier against elemental and phys damage, instead of flat damage absorved. Shines when it can consume endurance charges, as it grants additional 15% less per endurance charge consumed.
If you have nothing - Steelskin, If you have some extra Endurance Charges and solid generation - IC, If you have lots of armor - Molten Shell.
If you don't use Endurance Charges, Steelskin 20 is the most extra effective life until a base life pool of around 7,000, after that Immortal Call takes over. Molten Shell, even at capped Armor (10,000) doesn't beat Steelskin or Immortal Call for protection (the retaliation damage is another story).
Immortal call is strong vs phys on lower level, and good with endurance charges. Some setups want to trigger cwdt on low level to trigger skills like tempest shield in the same link. So if you can use steel skin at higher level and are not using endurance charges it will be better.

20 lut 2024 · Steelskin is a great guard skill except it only gets 10% cdr to Immortal Call's 20% cdr at 20% quality. I often will pair Immortal call with enhance if the extra socket is there. I've experimented with steel skin a bit and I like it on my evasion builds b/c it does mitigate a lot of damage.
