9+10=21 is an incorrect answer to a math problem, which was first spoken online in a Vine video. The video, also known as "What's Nine Plus Ten," quickly became a fad within the Vine community, leading to remixes and other parody, and later spreading to various other internet communities.

10 cze 2024 · The boy takes a beat to answer, replying with "21," only to receive another "You stupid." The Vine gathered over 30 million loops and 700,000 likes before Vine was taken down, numbers unheard of for a short video platform before Vine.
As the boy protests, the Viner asks him what is a sum of nine and ten, with the boy failing to do a correct calculation and answering "21," after which he immediately gets called stupid again. The Vine went viral on the app, gaining over 700,000 likes and 30 million loops.
This vine opens with a seemingly grown male voice calling a young black shirtless boy (who is swinging his arms) a term which is typically used to refer those who are not intellectually smart, or are slow to respond, or for a wide array of other applications, with the words, "You stupid".
