OpenIV is a multi-purpose editor and archive manager for RAGE engine-based games such as GTA V, GTA IV/EFLC and Max Payne 3, developed by OpenIV Team. Development of this tool began shortly after the Xbox 360 release of GTA IV. The first public version was released on December 28, 2008.
