The problem is that there is no enough space in your C drive to sync the file you want to save. Solution is to log on the web portal OneDrive and upload the file.

You get a disk full message when trying to move files into OneDrive. Use the Disk Clean-up utility (Start > Disk Clean-up in Windows, or Optimize Storage in Mac) to free up some working space for OneDrive.
