It supports group-based chats, file sharing, online meetings, and is fully integrated with O365 email and calendars, OneDrive, Planner and OneNote. Microsoft Teams is automatically available to all Duke Office 365 Email and Calendar users through mail.duke.edu.
Duke faculty, staff, and students are automatically provided Office 365 accounts. Office 365 features include: Mailbox sizes of 100GB for users. Unified email and calendaring across the university and health system. Web and client applications for accessing mailboxes. Modern calendaring system.
Online versions of Microsoft applications are available via https://mail.duke.edu/ > 9 circle dots at the top left > Apps. Duke affiliates who absolutely need access to desktop apps will need to contact the OIT Service Desk.
