You can do a hard reboot on your Oculus Quest 2 by holding down the power button for approximately 15 to 60 seconds. Unfortunately, hard rebooting did not solve the issue for me and the headset would still get stuck at the logo screen.

8 gru 2019 · When I do that my screen goes black and then I'm stuck on an infinite loading screen. All I can see are the three moving dots and nothing else. I've tried reinstalling, repairing and restarting the oculus software but nothing has worked.

(Holding power) I tried factory resetting it. (Holding power and vol down) The lights for charging won't turn on. It's dead, cannot interact with it.

Quest 2 stuck on infinite loading screen when using air link. Hardware. The computer will show up on the airlink list, and it will let me connect. The problem is it gets stuck on a forever black screen with 3 flashing dots. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? I've tried: restarting both the pc and the oculus. factory resetting my headset.
