Minos Prime is a boss that was added in Update 1.9. and is based off the character Minos Prime from ULTRAKILL. Minos Prime is the first Prime Soul, and second and final boss of [P-1: SOUL SURVIVOR], and Act 1 as a whole.

The player must summon Minos Prime at the Boss Summoner, which is located in the Infernal Cairn and the Domain of the Forgotten. The player must beat Minos Prime while dealing the most damage with Standless equipped. The player will receive the Soul Survivor spec after defeating Minos Prime.
