But yesterday, I was charged twice on the same day with the same amount. In my bank statement, it says the biller is " VISA-Netflix.com Los Gatos SG", the other one is the same biller I have every month. Talked to a Netflix rep and they said that the bank account is charged only once.
You have to call your bank, dispute the charges, and file a police report. People may think the police report is extreme but they can investigate the incident. Also, your bank may require it if they didn’t catch the fraudulent activity.
