Very Detailed Installation Guide. The whole credit for the guide goes to Taltamir. Install Oblivion. First install Oblivion. Make sure that you have no DLCs to Nehrim active. Disable any DLCs to Oblivion. Install Nehrim. Install the game as per instructions in the exe. I highly recommend that you install it into <drive letter>:\Games\Nehrim.
