Students log in to my.yorku.ca using their Passport York username and password. Once logged in, students can access their course lists with links to class locations and websites, their grades, their own exam schedules, student account and Library account.
By keeping your personal information up-to-date you ensure that York University is always able to communicate with you about your academic record, financial matters, graduation and/or unexpected scheduling changes or closures, and is able to authenticate your enrolment with government agencies.
My Student Account is an online tool where you can see your current and historical financial account details. Access to My Student Account requires a Passport York login. We will always direct you to pay through your bank with York University as the payee and will never ask you to pay by cheque, cash or credit card or to any other payee.

This Student Profile Portal is intended to collect student narratives, profiles and testimonials from current York University students. Undergraduate and Graduate students are encouraged to submit responses to any or all of the prompt questions on this portal.
Set up your Passport York Account. Log in to http://mms.yorku.ca (Manage My Services) using your student number for your username, and your date of birth for your password (in the format YYYYMMDD). Then follow the directions to change your password.
