Customer service and after-sales support have been a letdown, with limited service centers and long RMA times, often 1 to 3 months. Back in the day, I was skeptical about MSI laptops. But now, I need a budget-friendly one (no rush), and I've got around $600 to $1000 to spare.
It's near impossible to get any support. MSI builds a great laptop, however we can no longer ignore the non-support issues. We will be looking elsewhere for future laptop purchases and will put a higher priority on the support level which they provide.
I currently have a MSI waiting for the part from China to fix a hinge issue. This laptop was bought in 2020. MSI customer service was a joke. My opinion: Stay away from MSI
