10 weeks training might be a bit on the light end for the times you're hoping to target IMO. 18-20 weeks would get you better positioned. Something like 6 weeks base training, 8 weeks aerobic threshold develpment, 2 weeks peak training, and 2 weeks taper.
It sounds like the plan you're on and where you are now in it are very light for a marathon in 10 weeks. I'd focus on slowly increasing mileage over this time until you are 8 weeks out with mostly easy and very easy running.
