7 paź 2023 · My old HP printer quit connecting with the new Sonoma 14 update on my I-Mac. After finding the HP community site it appears double jeopardy: Sonoma 14 doesn't work for HP printers and HP doesn't have drivers above 13. (Actually, I could only find 11.)
For a USB connection or if your printer does not support AirPrint, use Spotlight to search for and open Software Update. Make sure the Mac is up to date, or install any new available software. Connect the printer to the same network that the Mac is connected to, or use a direct USB connection.
