The full full endgame card set for supports will be lostwind cliff because 30 awakening gives a debuff to bosses that make them take more holy damage i believe, while end end endgame dps use salvation for changing their damage to holy and dealing bonus holy damage.

Set favorite non legendary cards and check which packs gives the most of the needed favorites. I guess most ppl that have a support and don't have the "cheap" set for bonus DMG to teammates are picking packs which contain those needed.
