I've been in limited matchmaking for one whole month now. never cheated, don't use mic, i play alone most of the time and i'm not even good at it i play PVE mostly and avoid other teams when possible. i don't get it, i think i'm stuck in the shadow world..

I started to lookup on the web what could be the reason and checked on the ban-appeal page, to find out that i was in limited matchmaking. When i quit my team, they suddenly could connect to the game without any problem.
limited matchmaking means you've been reported enough times that they suspect you of cheating. i think it lasts 1 to 14 days to get unshadowbanned (if you're not cheating). Mine lasted like 3 days or so before it was lifted.
