30 sty 2015 · This fixed it for me on my Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga 3rd Gen with 500 nits Dolby display: Click Start > Settings > System > Display Uncheck "Change brightness automatically when lighting changes".
Just install the app: "Lenovo Vantage" from the Microsoft store and you'll find the settings there. Another ps: this solution really depends on whether if your computer gives you the option to switch graphics card or not. If not, there wouldn't be such option in your BIOS settings nor in Lenovo Vantage app.

14 paź 2018 · After the last Windows 10 update from 9th Oct 2018, my Lenovo T450s laptop is not capable anymore to adjust brightness. Hotkeys not working not the slide bar for Display Brightness. I can slide up or down but the screen does not change brightness level.
