Can you copy here the few lines from kodi.log at the time you launch the movie : the ones starting with "INFO <general>: [Language Preference Manager] ....." Will also dig out my own test file to compare our cases...
You can use it both via the normal 3 CondSubs rules (select Any as the audio language), or directly in the Custom Condsubs option line (see the above examples). (Note that if not empty the Custom Condsubs line always take precedence over the 3 rules whatever they are...)
I watch TV and movies in a variety of languages, but sadly, only speak one. I would love for Kodi to default the audio to the original language (based on the scraped metadata), and if that language isn't English, enable English subtitle, if available.
