Tetta Kisaki (稀 (き) 咲 (さき) 鉄 (てっ) 太 (た) , Kisaki Tetta?) is the main antagonist of Tokyo Revengers up until his death after the Kanto Incident. He rose to the top of the Tokyo Manji Gang by manipulating Manjiro Sano and orchestrated Hinata Tachibana's murder in several different futures.
Because of his high intelligence, Kisaki was always at the top in terms of grades and tests. As a result, the other children alienated him, which made him extremely isolated and lonely. However, Hinata was the only one who treated him as a human being.

Because he only looks smart compared to everyone else because he makes moves behind the scenes, we see everyone else in their glory, even Hanma to some degree and most of which aren't highlighted for being smart. You ever hear the saying, "The quietest guy is the smartest in the room?" That's Kisaki.

Kisaki has shown the he can be extraordinary intellectual throughout the story, being able to foil Takemichi’s plans multiple times despite the latter being able to time travel.
Kisaki’s IQ level. Genuine question, I wonder where his IQ level is at. We see that he scores 1st in the National Tests in elementary school (!!!) and he is mad good at mathematics. He’s also intuitive and brilliant in plot scheming and can manipulate people very very easily.
