The Medical Cannabis Registry Program is a statewide program that allows patients access to medical marijuana who meet one of the qualifying conditions. The Illinois Department of Public Health manages the registry by reviewing and processing applications and issuing registry cards to Illinois residents meeting program requirements.
Patients and caregivers may register with the Illinois Medical Cannabis Patient Program. For any questions regarding patient and caregiver registration, call or email the DPH Division of Medical Cannabis at 855-636-3688 or DPH.MedicalCannabis@illinois.gov .
Patients can register to the Illinois Cannabis Tracking System (ICTS) at https://etk.icts.illinois.gov/etk-icts-prod/login.request.do and selecting MCPP Patient Registration. To register, the patient must complete the following information and click Register.
Your physician must create the certification online and assign it to you. Once they do this, you will be able to select the certification from the drop-down menu to complete payment and registration. Note the online program is extremely case sensitive.

You can register with the Illinois medical cannabis program via the Cannabis Tracking System (CTS). Prior to your application, you must get a medical cannabis certification from an approved Illinois physician.
