I'd say 90% of these mobs drop this companion, and in a few hourse you can have your own Parrot Cage (Hyacinth Macaw). This method is also the best way I've found to farm rep with Booty Bay and the other Goblin factions, it gives about 15 rep per kill and will get you exalted in no time.

This pet used to only drop from the various Bloodsail pirates in Stranglethorn Vale. Its drop chance was extremely low—some estimated it to be as low as 1 in 10,000.
