8 sie 2020 · I have installed and reinstalled every tool available, but cannot fix the problem. There is no issue with any printing functions and I can scan using the HP smart app. I cannot set up "Scan To Computer" or other scanning functions from the printer.

23 mar 2019 · When I open the scan utility, I get the error message of "The HP LJ Pro M148M149 was not found". I downloaded the Print and Scan Doctor utility 5.2. It runs and finds my printer showing both USB and wireless connections.

But when I wanted to print something, the printer is not showing up in the list of printers from any piece of software.
