12 sty 2024 · Once the contact appears in the suggested contacts list, locate and click the X icon to the right of the contact's name to hide it. The selected contact will be removed from the list and hidden for future use.
11 lip 2024 · Until Microsoft adds a straightforward way to delete addresses from the suggested accounts list, you can try the steps below to remove addresses from the Suggested accounts list. When I tested it, it removed Microsoft consumer and business accounts that were no longer on my computer.
Remove a contact: On the top right, select More Delete. To stop them from getting added back, follow the steps to stop saving automatically.
Select the Contacts category and uncheck "Automatically create Outlook contacts for recipients what do not belong to an Outlook Address Book". That will disable the Suggested Contacts feature. Then empty the Suggested Contacts folder and you don't be bothered again. Note that you will not be able to delete the Suggested Contacts folder itself.
