5 paź 2020 · You can lock fps through your graphics card driver panel. Personally, I would recommend just turn on vsync with 60 ghz refresh rate instead of capping fps, works very good in IV, and eliminating stuttering and high framerate bugs like cutscene zoom. 12 gru 2014 · set vsync in to "ON" at AMD, Intel or Nvidia Menu , not in game . if you want set fps limiter in Nvidia driver inspector program menu , or after burner or other third party. make sure fps limit is equal to the realtime selected refresh rate of the game and monitor. so for 60Hz set 60 fps limit.
I'm playing with kind of a higher end pc, and the high fps is throwing off some things, namely motorcycle handling. However, I'm not sure how to cap the FPS for this game at 60. Right now my fps averages around 134 fps, and gets up to 165 according to MSI Afterburner. Thanks in advance for help.

there is 3 solutions, 1 with the rivatuner. 2 adding a commandline to the main folder with this commands: -refreshrate 2 .framelimit 1 and you get 30 fps cap. 3 in properties of gta 4 the compatibility appart in destiny put this at the final: firts make space and put the commands -refreshrate 2 .framelimit 1.
7 lut 2022 · I'd suggest to install FusionFix and limit the FPS to 30 for both normal gameplay and cutscenes. Remember the San Andreas frame limiter? If you disable it and play +30 FPS the game won't behave as it's supposed to.
