If you don't have any way of loading mods, you can install ProxyDLLLoader pretty easily. Simply download the dll from the github release and put it in your GD folder.
i am in the process of updating the menu since it doesn't work in 2.2, you can find it on my github just search gd mega overlay github. however you have to wait for an update for it to work
