Fleur-de-lis, fleur-de-lys, niekiedy flower-de-luce (w tłum. z fr. „kwiat lilii”) – figura heraldyczna w kształcie stylizowanego kwiatu lilii lub kosaćca żółtego. Fleur-de-lis w heraldyce łączony jest często z monarchią francuską.
