25 sie 2022 · You'll fare better if it's coming FedEx Express. I'm told that FedEx Express drivers are actually FedEx employees. FedEx Ground drivers, on the other hand, are contractors providing service on behalf of FedEx. They may be operating a delivery truck with FedEx Ground logos, but they are simply contractors. And as they say, "Results may vary".
Here's the rub. FedEx didn't fail you. You might think FedEx failed you but they didn't. With FedEx Ground/HD no packages are picked up transported or delivered by FedEx Ground employees. The only FedEx employees that MIGHT deliver a ground package is an Express employee that's being contracted out to Ground by Express. But the brand!!!! Yep ...
28 sty 2022 · I don't blame drivers for not wanting this, but I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to just stop doing business with merchants that use FedEx because I'm FedUp. People want live tracking because it would make the service you provide tolerable.
It never arrived. Seller gave AliExpress a FedEx tracking number and delivery schedule and AE denied my claim several times. Then BH provided AE a letter with a FedEx logo stating that I had actually signed for the package. The scam - the FedEx tracking number was real and a product was delivered to a home.
17 sty 2022 · But the tracking still shows the delivery is expected today. Based on the several previous times this has happened, it won't update until tomorrow at the earliest. UPS and USPS both make delivery date updates in transit and I always know if the package I ordered is actually coming on the date shown in tracking. Why is FedEx so bad at this?

12 gru 2021 · I was supposed to get mine Dec 3rd and still haven't received it. It last scanned as arrived at FedEx location in Greenwood, Indiana (after it had already left there and went to Indianapolis then back) and now it hasn't moved in 8 days. I filed a claim and never heard back. Are we allowed to go to a FedEx facility and ask to pick up our package?
There are 2 FedEx Organizations - The Corporate FedEx that ships overnight, 2 day, and other 'higher quality' services. Then there's FedEx Ground, which are Franchises run by local franchisees. They pay their drivers very poorly, operate their 'business' poorly, and don't seem to have any concerns about when or if you'll get you r package.
6 maj 2023 · My tracking has been stuck on “left FedEx origin facility” since Tuesday (the 9th) night. It’s scheduled to be delivered on Monday and still says arriving on time. Just worried it’s going to still be stuck and I won’t get it Monday.
22 maj 2020 · FedEx just picked up the package from the shipper. Nothing. You probably just ordered it. If it stalls at this status, contact the seller first. See above. Shipment information sent to FedEx: The shipper just sent the info to FedEx for them to pick up. Also along with shipment information sent to FedEx, the status label is printed.
