How to give someone access to your Page from Facebook. From your Page’s Feed, click your profile picture in the top right. Click Settings and privacy and select Settings. In the left menu, click Page setup. Click Page access. Find People with full control, then click Manage. Click Go to Meta Business Suite.

To request access to a Page in Business Manager: Go to Business settings. Below Accounts, click Pages. Click the Add dropdown. Select Request access to a Page. Enter the Facebook Page name or URL. Select the Page. Choose a level of access that fits your need: partial access or full control.
If you have Facebook access with full control of a Page, you can manage people’s Facebook access or task access to the Page. You can add, edit or remove someone’s Page access at any time. Learn more about access in the new Pages experience. You can't give Page access to a gray account.
If you need to request Facebook access to a Page, you can reach out to someone who has Facebook access with full control. Only people who have Facebook access with full control can give, edit or remove people's access to a Page.

People with partial access to a Page for business tools and Facebook can switch into the Page and manage it from Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Business Manager and Ads Manager. Any person with full control of a business portfolio can enter a Page URL in the Pages section of their settings to request access to a Facebook Page. This feature allows businesses who work together to request and grant each other access.
