Repair the ESO Launcher. Open The Elder Scrolls Online Launcher by right-clicking on the icon on the desktop and selecting Run as Administrator. Wait for the launcher to open completely. If multiple ESO clients are installed and available through the launcher, make sure you have the correct version highlighted by clicking on it once.
Ok, if you're running into the 0xc000007b error, please download this update from Microsoft (the new Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package), then manually launch ESO64.exe. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632.
4 maj 2017 · So in the last 3 days or so, I have been unable to launch the game with the 64 bit version. When I click the link on my taskbar or go through the launcher it will just go to a black screen instantly with the loading mouse symbol.
3 lis 2021 · Deactivate my network adapter (to ensure no Internet Access) and start the eso64.exe unpatched without using steam (not sure if I was in offline mode at the first try) and without using the launcher and the game finally popped up again!
1 lis 2021 · So after the newest update my launcher has failed to work properly. The launcher will come up but when I click on the play button it goes grey and then nothing happens. Something I can see ESO is up in the task manager but it does not show up anywhere that I have access to.
Here I would like to share several possible issues and solutions with Elder Scrolls Online Launcher/Game not running. First of all consider such casual things like minimal system requirements (which differs for notebooks) directx, vcredist, latest drivers for GPU.
