   The only issue I've ever had with windows 10 is when I try using the steam eso client. In order for me to run the steam version of the client, I actually have to launch steam in compatibility mode for windows 7 otherwise the steam ESO client doesn't recognize the steam connection.

   20 lip 2019 · Try installing the unofficial patch, stutter remover, and engine bug fixes. I honestly dont know if this will help, but to my knowledge it's your only other shot. If nothing else works, I'd reccomend just getting a copy of the game on steam.
