I beat both Radagon and Elden Beast pretty easily. As guided by u/thidi00 , [Jump + L1] is your bread and butter, but if you can time it, you can also use [Run + L1] for a similar combo. Tiche may be a better summon choice if you can carry her almost unhurt during Radagon's phase.
Spells: Glinstone Icecrag, Rock Sling, Meteorite of Astel. The Icecrag is fast and the Frostbite lowers Radagon's magic resistance. The Rock Sling and Meteorite do physical damage, best for Elden Beast. Flasks: Cerulean Hidden Tear + Magic-Shrouding Cracked Tear.
