I have FIFA 21 and Madden 22 installed on my hd and for some reason when I launch the EA Play app the games are not there and the app is asking to download the games. The games files are located in the C:\Program Files\EA Games\. So I figured out a way to bypass it.

25 cze 2024 · The EA desktop app isn't showing some of my games, and if I navigate to them in the browser, it shows that I need to buy them again. If I navigate to the customer portal on the website it still shows them as being owned by my account.
If you are experiencing failed game installations using the EA App, please make sure that your game library folder is not the default folder set automatically by the EA App. Always make sure to install all your games at a custom game library folder that is not in the default C:\Program Files folder. If you have pre-ordered the game via the EA app/Epic/Steam/3rd party code, or via EA Play Pro. To check which version of the EA app you're running: open the EA app > Click on the hamburger menu in the top-left corner > Click on 'About' and please mention the App version.
