In this case you'd want to use The EA app option under the Game Support section rather than the Account Support section to speak with an advisor, since you're currently not receiving the code necessary to make any changes through the Account Support section.
Hey @raidermt1985. If you're not receiving verification codes, please try to use a backup code instead. If you don't have backup codes or can't access the email on file for any reason, our support team is here to help.
Use that code to activate Login Verification for a new method. If you lose your phone, the authenticator app fails, or you can’t access your email address, backup codes are the only way to sign into your EA Account from a new device. You can view and renew these codes in your EA Account Security settings.
I think there are two possibilities that's blocking me from receiving the verification code: My email (old provider which seems to block many other emails too) can't receive anything from EA unless I whitelist all of their email addresses (and I can't find those addresses anywhere).

Ensure all personal details are accurate. For password security, create one with no more than 15 characters, using only letters and numbers.
