Recheck that the fan is still assembled correctly and locked in correct position. Install new batteries in remote and try. If all looks good and still under warranty return for repair/replacement/refund as there may internal damage to oscillating gear. See below links, your manual and Dyson support site. Good luck.
I had the issue today and only found this search result. I spoke with Customer Service and they said the F2 code is for not having enough power. Make sure it’s not in a surge protector or extension cord, plug it directly into a wall outlet.

It requires disassembling/opening the body of the air multiplier and if possible wash clean the intake holes. Opening the body is not simple, several step needed and some technical know-how. 14 lip 2024 · Turned my AM07 fan on and ran fine for about 10 minutes then it just stopped as though no power was getting to it. Tried to restart but no good even from remote and also after changing the batteries on the plug and remote. Any ideas most welcome could it be the pcb at fault.

As long as the loop amplifier is correctly aligned with the base of the machine, you should find it locks securely with an audible ‘click’ as you twist it into place.
