Key drop rates for all three bosses first cap out at p7 when solo, or (if you're weird and run keys in groups) at p4 with all 4 players in the area together when you make the kill. Each boss has 5 'slots' in which they can drop a key, so each boss could technically drop 5 at once.

Dbrunski has a good build video on YouTube for a trapsin tailored to key farming. Worked quite well for me. I've had success using a sorceress as well, but nature's peace is a must. Any build with teleport really. Hc nihlithak runs are a breeze with frenzy, conc or zerk. I mainly farm keys with my hammerdin.
