6 paź 2023 · (SOLVED) Destiny 2 instantly crashes when I open it. Solution: Steam > Settings > Interface > Client Beta Participation > Select "No beta chosen" then steam will update --800+ hours in the game and the first time this happens.
I was playing fine all the way up until last night but all of a sudden, my game has been crashing almost immediately on start up. The fastest it crashes is bungie logo, the farthest it goes is getting into orbit and then the game closes and brings me to desktop. I've done my troubleshooting, which includes;
Crashes to desktop with no error messages anywhere from within 5 to 15/20 minutes. On a rare occasion it crashes with the "`bad_module_info` has stopped working" error message. Particularly fast if doing Dares of Eternity. Was completely fine before the last 2 updates.
