29 lis 2021 · Solution is easy: find the exact location of the modpack file, then zip it, create a page on curseforge for it, upload the zip, wait for approval, the send the link to your friends and play. (Tip at the end, be sure to remove mods like OptiFine etc.. -mods not native to curseforge- before ziping it up, it won't pass the approval with them)

12 mar 2022 · Top tier is Enigmatica 6, either normal or Expert, and Create: Above and Beyond. Both are phenomenal questing packs with excellent mod integration and clearly defined goals. High-quality game design abound, clever mechanics, supremely polished. Highly recommend.
3 lut 2023 · Also, not everyone checks both. Modrinth vs Curseforge is basically the website equivalent of Fabric vs Forge. Modrinth is faster, cleaner, more reliable, and open source. Because it's run openly by members of the community, it leaves more of the pie to give to mod developers (probably, hard to measure) Ideally, use Modrinth to download everything.
8 sty 2021 · The Curseforge app doesn't start if you're offline, but the Minecraft launcher does. If there's a way to launch Curseforge modpacks with the native launcher rather than through Curseforge, then that's the only way to do it if you're offline and don't have other 3rd-party launchers already installed. I'm going through that right now.
16 maj 2021 · for those not using the curseforge launcher, look for the forge installer, click on the three lines at the top left corner and find your game version then download the installer. After the installer has been downloaded, open it with java then extract/install client then whichever one made the folder that says the version needed should be dragged into versions>folder of the modpack.

18 cze 2021 · Step 4 - Copy the cursedforge files from the modpack zip and paste them into the folder. Step 1 - Go into the "mods" folder inside the folder you created, delete the previous mods and paste in the mods from the curseforge folder (curseforged folder < mods) and launch the game. 11 lut 2023 · Click on the Minecraft Tab on the left side of the CurseForge App. Click :CFmenu: button next to the Create Custom Profile option. Click :CFrepair: Repair Installation option. NOTE: Although this might seem similar to the instructions of repairing profile, it's different and required. No worries, you will not lose any modpacks or worlds.
