29 mar 2017 · If the conversion to Word is messed up due to the encoding, try copy and paste from the PDF file directly into an empty Word document. That may work. If that doesn't work, another possibility would be, if you are running under Windows with Acrobat, to print to the Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver and create a new PDF file from the old one.

22 kwi 2020 · I normally convert 10~30MB word file into PDF with Adobe acrobat 2017, sometimes it takes 4~5 hours for 25MB word file. I don't think it's reasonable at all. MS word is 2010, Windows 10, is it bad combination? What settings should I see?

2 sty 2015 · I've searched the internet far and wide in order to understand why, when converting a Word 2010 document to PDF in Windows 7 (via Adobe Distiller 9.5.5316), the top and bottom margins of the resulting PDF file are automatically increased (thereby shrinking the content on the page somewhat) despite having uniformly and everywhere set A4 paper size in Word 2010 and Adobe default PDF settings.

Try these suggestions. Check the file permissions for the document or drive. Make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space. Open the file with the Text Recovery converter. When I try ti convert it into Excel it works for a while then chokes, saying something like "Save As cannot create the file."
