15 cze 2020 · I installed FAR to play the game in borderless full screen mode, but it seems that my controller stopped being detected afterwards, and even after uninstalling the fix. The controller (DS3 using SCP drivers) works fine in other games and is detected as Xinput controller in steam big picture mode.
- Not using DS4 Windows at all and going to Big Picture Mode, it recognises the controller and can navigate through BPM, but when launching the game (tried via BPM, Steam, desktop) the game doesn't recognise the controller (mouse pointer shows in-game).
Has anyone else encountered this problem when trying to play NieR: Automata where the controls just stop working and go by undetected? It started not too long ago.
23 wrz 2017 · I've been playing NieR:Automata for 20+ hours with no problems. However yesterday my Controller just suddenly stopped working for NieR, but it still works perfectly fine in other games I have on my PC.
Steam has (since 2-3 months) integrated PS4 controller support, and I did had conflicts untill I closed DS4. As mentioned, check what controllers are detected by Steam (in Big Picture mode), and ensure PS4 compatibility option is checked.
Basically, the controller is recognized just fine by steam, the config loads upon game launch, and it all works fine in the menu. BUT, when it comes to the actual gameplay, it wants to use KB+M, and ignores the controller.
Hi everyone, I've been playing Nier Automata on my PC via Steam using my PS5 controller connected to my computer by a USB and I've been having a very weird bug where I cannot hold down the hacking button on my controller (set to Triangle on my controller and to \ and right mouse button on my keyboard) but I can on my keyboard.
