17 paź 2022 · I'm using windows 10 and I installed Ubuntu 22.04 on Virtual box 7.0.0. When I click the terminal icon, the upper left side of the screen (where is the executing application name view), there is the title 'Terminal' and a turning arrow that indicates it's launching.

27 paź 2022 · I just installed VirtualBox 7.0 and made a new virtual Ubuntu 22.04.1 machine on my Windows 11 PC. I can run programs like libreoffice, etc, but I cannot open a terminal. I've tried to activate the "Windows Hypervisor Platform" feature, but still no luck.
16 paź 2022 · ubuntu-22.04.1-desktop-amd64 won't properly install and run on VM Box 7.x, version 6.x works well. The problem is not only about terminal but running almost everything.

24 lis 2022 · For some reason, I can't open the terminal through the shortcut (terminal icon) in Ubuntu 22.04. It works through Visual Studio Code, though, so that makes me confused. I tried using the F keys, but they are only working to the fn functions (such as controlling the brightness).

30 gru 2022 · Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
