I've been trying to load up the game but every time it just gets stuck on an infinite loop of claptrap dancing. I've tried the dx11 fix and it doesn't work. What else can I do to fix this?

14 mar 2020 · DX11 is set, all graphics settings also to minimum, but the loading screen remains. Nothing has changed even after waiting 30 minutes. the task manager says that Borderlands doesn't give any feedback, but the window with BL3 itself is not frozen or anything, so everything goes on.
29 mar 2022 · I'm getting stucked on the claptrap loading screen forever. Here's all the fixes I have tried: -Updating all my drivers. -confirming my PC has the requirements to run the game. yes and I already played the game before when It was on a free weekend or someting.
The game defaulted to DirectX11 and the game freezes at the Claptrap loading screen. So then I've swapped DirectX to 12 and it started to optimize shaders. I let that finish and then it froze.
Open "GameUserSettings.ini" in a word processor like Notepad, and then find the following setting "PreferredGraphicsAPI=DX12PreferredGraphicsAPI=DX12". Change "DX12" to "DX11" and then save and exit the file. After this, Borderlands 3 should boot in DirectX 11 mode.
I've been playing borderlands 3 fine for a couple of months now. The game froze during cistern of slaughter and now when I try to start the game I'm on an endless loop on the claptrap loading screen. Has anyone seen this before or know a fix?
