The Inui cable says it supports 18W fast charging, which feels like it won't be enough. The Kuject cable says it supports chargers above 18W, but also says it doesn't support fast changing "for safety", so I dunno. I'm using a 30W USB C phone charger and it's able to keep the Q3 fully charged, while playing wireless.
TLDR; use a good quality short cable with a 5v battery bank to maintain the charge. use any cable with a PD or QC battery bank to get a slow-fast charge while in use depending on the quality of the cable.
I found a power bank that is cheap and works, but is very heavy. I checked whether it is able to keep the batteries at 100% while playing via the USB C (PD) port - then fast charging works. Yesterday I played 4 hours on PC and I had 64% left in the porwer bank and 100% in Q3.
