Hi, my friends and I recently set up a server on Aternos and, for the most part, it works fine. However, whenever there are more than 2 people on the server, after a few minutes I get a Connection Reset message and get disconnected. We are running Vanilla MC and all connecting from Australia.
What I've tried: stopping and starting the server, restarting my computer, closing and opening Minecraft, restarting the server, using the Dyn IP, removing the server from my Minecraft multiplayer server list on my Java edition account, toggling "Forced Upgrade" while the server is off.
The pending status means that the host machine that your server is running on is currently unreachable. This doesn't necessarily mean that the host is offline, but most of the time that means that your Minecraft server is offline as well.
