In Performance mode cpu gets so hot and personally I'm a little paranoid about the temps 90 - 95°C. Turbo mode is a little better for me because the temps are much lower however fans are pretty loud. For me manual mode works the best. Use minimal settings on manual mode and costumize the fan curve. 7.
I still recommend disabling CPU turbo boost, since it also helps with temperatures and fan noise. In Eco+Silent mode, you should be getting around 45-50C on cpu temps with 0 RPM fans. In Ultimate+Silent mode, your CPU temps might get around 3-5C hotter than Eco+Silent mode. (After all of this you are basically done with G-Helper.)
