For anyone running their own server on Windows, I have created a Powershell script to help you automatically back up your server. The script backs up Arks Saves folder, as well as Ark Server Managers Profiles folder if you wish.
To make a backup of the server data, simply copy the folder named ShooterGame/Saved (and his content) to the desired backup location. This folder contains all tribe, player and world data for the server.
