23 sty 2022 · If you build ap jax, you don't point to keep auto-attacking the enemy, but you point to do as much burst damage as possible. If you point to do autos, then go with a classic AD build. There are many other champions that can do the same thing, but better (which is kinda related to point 1)

13 sty 2023 · Jax deals passive magic damage on his aa’s, has an aa reset, and his ult lets his passive proc every 2 autos now. Ult does 650 E does 550, cooldown 4 secs Empowered passive auto + W + Lich Bane proc was 1k dmg total. Using the traditional AD build with the same number of items at level 14, you have 2482 HP instead of 2182 HP with the AP build.

16 gru 2022 · Honestly a great build might be DS > Cleaver > Void Staff. Jax now has a bunch more magic damage in his kit and JakSho prevalence means everyone is getting a bunch of both armor and magic resistance, spending gold into ap just for the 40% magic pen while maintaining bulk from bruiser items and adaptive AD for more ultimate resistances is probably really good.
20 wrz 2020 · AP Jax is more of a leisure build than a build that actually works. But, generally, when I go ap, I do Gunblade > Rageblade > Lich Bane > itemize for whatever the enemy team has. If I was jg, I'd also go Bloodrazor cause it's a fun item.
2 lut 2023 · The problem with AP Jax is that you don't gain any bonus resist with your ult so you are basically a weaker Diana in teamfight. Also you are forced to build Lichbane and it's the worst sheen item. Something that could be interessting is that AP grant a lot of MR bonus and less armor (the contrary of AD so).
2 lut 2022 · AP items dont fit Jax nearly as well as AD items even tho AP is straight up more dmg in every scenario. My advice if you want to run it though is to still build Trinity Force and BoRK and then 2 or 3 AP items. It just works better and is smoother to play. Always Trinity Force 1st item on Jax. As for the actual items?
21 lis 2020 · mind you both riftmaker and nashors are getting nerfed next patch. tho I doubt it will be a weak build. riftmaker is just too good on jax tbh. I can say that my theory was pretty accurate its not cheesey like previous ap jax builds. its very good. the upcoming nerfs don't seem that bad to those items. conqurer and riftmaker are an insane combo. you also want to take last stand.
