13 maj 2019 · Windows 10 provides its own inbuilt feature to unzip zip files. You don't need 7zip or any other third party programs to unzip the files. You require a third party program only if you need advanced features apart from zipping and unzipping

12 gru 2017 · I'm guessing, but probably its one or more someFilename.zip ZIP files, or other compressed files that 7-zip would normally handle, that Kaspersky has found. Does Kaspersky not offer to remove the offending files, or place them into an isolated quarantined folder ? I would delete the files it finds, if they aren't system files, then scan again.

Ensure that you are opening the file with proper format. * Right click on the file you have to open and select open with from the context menu. * From the open menu, select the proper extension and try open with it.

29 lip 2018 · 7-zip is reputable software and I am using it for years without any issues. It's quite useful and handy, and you can trust it. Make sure you get it from official website only (www.7-zip.org). Regards. P.S. It is always advisable to create System Restore point before installing or using third-party programs.
