I'd say yes. When I look at the spell list for Rangers, I see ritual tagged spells like Alarm, Detect Poison, Beast Sense, and Locate Animals or Plants. These are exactly the kind of spells I'd expect a ranger to be able to use, and to be able to use resource-free, taking just their time.

Apparently in order to cast rituals, you need to have the "Ritual Caster" ability granted by your spellcasting feature (or the Ritual Caster character feat). Classes that cannot cast rituals: Arcane Tricksters, Eldritch Knights, Paladins, Rangers, Sorcerers, Warlocks.
