6 lip 2011 · Now is the Excel V the 540 fan with electric start? Also, what would be a good price due to the fact of it being locked up? What would be the best place to get the top end kit? I know Dennis Kirk has them, but I don't know the quality of them. Thanks for any help.
8 lis 2004 · My brother has a 1979 Excel V. When we parked it a few years ago, it ran like a champ. I recently tried starting it with the pull rope and it won't start. It has electric start and, therefore, has a battery. The battery is dead. Does the battery need to be charged in order to supply spark? I hope so.
