18 sty 2018 · The "scabbard" came in today. It's a quality piece for only 23 bucks. It appears to be 9-10oz leather. You undo the two top snaps and push the Woodman's Pal's handle forward, rocking it out of the sheath. It's a relatively easy in, easy out considering the odd shape and hook bill.
14 lip 2009 · Well, I have the Woodsman Pal, several machetes and a few Khukuris (Cold Steel and Himalayan Imports). First, don't discount a simple Ontario machete (I prefer the 12" model). With a good convex grind, it will surprise you and give some hatchet users a run for their money.
