I just installed Panda Dome anti-virus on Windows XP using the offline installer a few days ago. It works fine. You need Service Pack 3 and the .Net Framework 4.0.
Your anti-virus on the Windows 7 host can only do so much, you'll need to install separate protection in XP Mode if you want the additional security. I'd recommend doing so. Share
